The National Film Archive of Iceland

The National Film Archive of Iceland is one of three depositary archives in Iceland. The archives primary role is to collect and preserve Icelandic film heritage. The Archive collects Icelandic films, co-operative projects between Iceland and other countries. Film projects that have been screened in cinemas, television or otherwise publicly shall be deposited to the archive. See Legal Deposit.
